We offer a 14-day return policy on all purchases.
As long as an item is still in its original condition, including packaging and tags, it may be returned.
If you return an item within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund the full value of the item via the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are covered by the customer, and any customs duties or taxes are non-refundable.

If the customer fails to meet the 14-day return deadline and still sends items back after this period, they will be responsible for the full return shipping costs (with tracking) from the store back to the customer. Returns received after the deadline will not be processed.
If the items have defects or faults, they will be treated as a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. It is important that any defects or faults are reported as soon as they are discovered. For complaints, we will of course cover the postage costs. You can select this option in the guide below.
