Returns and exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy on all purchases.

As long as an item is still in its original condition, including packaging and tags, it can be returned.

If you return an item within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund the full value of the item via the original payment method. Please note that return costs are covered by the customer, and any customs and duties are not refundable.

If the customer does not maintain the 14-day return deadline, and still returns goods beyond this, they will be responsible for full return shipping with tracking back from the store to the customer. We do not process returns that are beyond the return deadline.

If the goods have defects or deficiencies, they will be treated as a complaint under the Consumer Purchase Act. It is important that defects and deficiencies are reported as soon as they are discovered. In the event of complaints, we will of course cover the postage costs.
